The role of pedagogy professionals in the inclusive process

Pedagogy professionals are the linchpin when it comes to creating inclusive processes in day nurseries. Their attitude, their interventions in everyday group life and their knowledge and skills are crucial for implementing inclusion. By structuring everyday group life and shaping the learning environment, they create the framework conditions for inclusive processes. Inclusion can only be implemented if people work as a team. Professionals therefore need to have particular skill in cooperating and reflecting with other people involved.
